Starbucks Ground Coffee, Dark Roast Coffee, Decaf Caffè Verona, 100% Arabica, 6 bags (12 oz each)

For a caffeine free coffee, this is very flavorful. I had to give up my caffeine due to a heart situation, but after looking for quite a while I found this coffee which has robust flavor, reasonably priced and no caffeine. This is my new coffee and recommend to those who find themselves unable to drink coffee with caffeine in the future.

Until I discovered this coffee; I was one of those "half & half" guys (half decaf / half regular). I could never quite enjoy a cup of JUST DECAF...probably partly because I don't use sugar, and I only use a small amount of cream, to the point where the coffee is practically black. And all you BLACK coffee drinkers, out there, know how difficult it is, or how impossible it may seem, to get a cup of decaf to taste like regular.... Well; I'd have to say that THIS stuff tastes about 98 to 99% like regular coffee! And although I'm not a sugar user, I can guess that if you are one to take cream and sugar, in your coffee, you will not be able to tell the difference...here! OR; if you may claim to be able to tell the difference between half decaf/half regular blend, vs. just regular....if you go half and half with THIS coffee being the half-decaf part...YOU WILL NOT KNOW THE DIFFERENCE.....!!!!! Now; one caveat: IF you might be one of those ANTI-STARBUCKS people (i.e. those who say that "Starbucks is too strong, for me"), you either simply will NOT LIKE this stuff, OR I might suggest that you just use a bit less of it, when brewing...so that you simply don't MAKE it too strong for your own tastebuds. Bottom Line: I am certain that you can find the right amount of coffee grounds, to use, with this stuff, to get it to the point where it is "as close to regular" coffee, as you can possibly get! And then; at THAT point, you can actually begin weaning yourself off of the "regular half"...over time... But in closing; this stuff is fantastic-tasting coffee (again; in my opinion, and I feel my opinion has some merit, because I'M A COFFEE-HOLIC! I consume a MINIMUM of one full pot per day, and sometimes almost TWO full pots.... but if I don't like the way any given cup tastes; I'm not one to "drink it anyway". Nope! I'll just toss it and go without....or find another....

I mean, it's Starbucks. You either love it or you don't!!!I'm one to compare prices. Sometimes Starbucks is cheaper on Amazon, sometimes it's not. But if you are a Starbucks drinker, it's always worth your time to check.

Stale? Old? I have ordered this six-pack twice, as the product is extremely hard to find. There's not much "coffee smell" when you open the bag, which seems to me like it's been stored a very long time. First batch was better, so I'm hoping it's just this six-pack.

I honestly never go to Starbucks, but the variety of decaf coffees in this world is quite sad, so when I found this, I was so impressed. It's absolutely delicious. Obviously a little more expensive than your run of the mill decaf coffees, but just remember what Jimmy from Pulp Fiction says about coffee. Plus, this is way cheaper than going to an actual Starbucks for your java. If you're like me and can't drink caffeine, but you looooove coffee, this one's for you! Rich and full flavored. I prefer mine with cream and stevia but it's just as delicious served black!

Packaged well...great cup of coffee..

Hard to find Starbucks decafe coffee at a decent price. So this was a good choice and price.
