ElixirStrings Nanoweb 80/20 Acoustic Guitar Strings .010-.047 Light 12-String

These Elixir strings are the best I've ever used. They have great tone, sustain, and longevity. I use Elixir strings on all my guitars now (10 at the moment) and want no other!

Long lasting and good sounding

I've been an acoustic guitar player for 45 years. It never ceases to amaze me that the strings are not labeled anymore as to identity (E<B<G<D A E) rather by thickness. In this case there was no indication of either. There were numbers printed on the front of each envelope and the strings were not in any order I could understand. I took my 45 years of experience and visually strung the 12 string guitar. The strings are a bit stiff and sound is OK. May have been a stale set I don't know. High G string would not tune. Will not order again.

I bought some Ernie balls Earthwood, from a local music shop. I had 3 of them snap before my guitar was in tune. I tried the elixer strings out, and they do great. They hold tune really on my fender 12 string. Even during the first use.

I love Elixir strings...I keep ordering them over and over. They last a long time, holding tuning longer than any other strings that I have tried! Which, having a 12 string acoustic guitar means less time getting it tuned. And, the mellow sound is pleasing to my ears! Great value for great strings!
