Great hammock tent
This hammock tent is great for the price I had it up for a week on the snow and no tears or holes and seems very sturdy

Couldn't be happier!
This hammock is awesome! I bought this as an upgrade for a simple hammock I've owned for a while and couldnt be happier! The setup is easy, it comes with everything you need to get comfy. The bug net helps keep you comfortable during your sleep, and the rain tarp works well also. Only other thing I would recommend in cooler weather is some kind of mat/insulation for your backside.

Loved It... At First.
Loved this hammock first time I used it. Worked perfect, comfortable, etc. My plan was to take it to the Boundary Waters in Northern Minnesota where you can have NO failures. Period. Second time I used it this week, set it up super fast, which I loved. The second I sat on it, it exploded. Something failed, and as it and I fell to the ground, it shredded. Ripped all the loops out of it, shredded the bug net. Hit the ground with a useless hammock. I couldn't tell what part failed first because it was ALL of it. I give it two stars because IDK what it was that came apart first. And the rainfly. I cannot recommend this because I need to go way higher end for a hammock tent. I wouldn't go with any less than 3× the price/quality, minimum in hindsight. Love the rainfly tarp though. That I'll use a lot. Ah well. Back on the hunt for a tent. UPDATE: Sunyear reached out to me after my initial review and sent me a new hammock tent. Upon inspection of the new tent, I'm prerty sure I know where the first one failed. The short length of rope that attaches the hammock to the tree straps with the carabiner is NOT tied securely upon arrival. Saw it right away. Took the factory basic overhand knot out (which I assume was tied in it just real quick and easy in the manufacturing process, and not intended to hold any weight) and tied a double fisherman's knot to make a closed loop instead, so now there's no way it can come apart by accident. Set it up and I cannot see what happened to the first one happening again. 99% sure I fixed the issue. Inspect that attachment point thoughly and tie a better knot in that rope for sure on both ends. Should be specified that the knots need to be re-tied and tested before use. I got lucky and didn't get hurt falling from it, but I should have noticed that the first time, so that's kinda on me too.

Price
Seems like a great product. It’s new to me but compares to the eno and less than half the cost.

Comfortable and kept me dry
I love this hammock! So much more comfortable than sleeping on the ground. I’m a side sleeper, going to ground is rough lol. Slept like the dead in the rain for 3 days, completely dry. I had to stay in Blue Mountain shelter on GA Appalachian trail. I rigged up my sleeping pad and bag. Right around dusk I could hear the rodents scurrying around. I really didn't want to wake up to mice in my sleeping bag. So I laid out the tarp, then the hammock then put my pad and bag inside the hammock. I secured the elastic ridge line to the wall of the shelter and zipped up the net. Can the mice chew through it? Absolutely, but my brain was able to shut down and sleep. Short story long, I like the net and ridge line. There’s a little loop to hang light stuff on, like a lantern. Since it’s elastic it can’t support a lot of weight. I’m 5’2” but I think this could easily accommodate a taller person. The tarp kept me dry in constant rain. If your camping in the cold don’t forget your under quilt and/or pad or you will be cold. The only difficult part is remembering how to secure the tarp to the trees 🤣.

My favorite hammock
I absolutely love my hammock. The setup is easy and the mosquito net is very handy. Its very lightweight and easy to travel with. Im 5' and 95lbs and its perfect. I definitely have fallen asleep in this hammock and it comes with a pocket inside the hammock to put your phone and other valuables in. It also comes with a rain tarp if you want to relax in the rain. I'll post a setup video as well.
