Blade covers
It's a perfect fit and don't forget to change it when you change back to your standard blade. ( lol ). No I didn't do that but I can see how someone might.

Plastic insert
It would be a great product if it's made of aluminum. The plastic is ok but more flimsy. BTW, the original insert on the Skil table saw is also plastic. This dado insert is a perfect match with 8" Diablo dado blades. It allows up to 5/8 inch of cutting width. The additional washer nut makes it possible.

A must have for big cuts!
Fits my Skil tablesaw well, and with a set of dado blades, is great for removing large amounts of wood for joints.

Easy to put in
This is the perfect match for the jobsite 10" Skil table saw throat plate. Works perfectly with my dado stack blades on my table saw. This doesn't require any cutting to the plate for set up and is ready for you to use with your dado stack.

I would have preferred a metal plate but this plastic one is fairly sturdy and fits well on my Skil TS6307-00 table saw.

Toen ik de zaag voor het eerst aanzette, brak de kliksluiting al af! De afstand tussen het zaagblad en het afdekplaatje is te groot. Vallende houtsnippers verstoppen de aangesloten stofzuiger! Dit is een nutteloos stukje plastic! Bekijk de foto's.

I don’t use the dado blades a lot, but I’ve used the insert while building a coffee table and it works perfect.

You need this if you plan to run a dado stack k in your skil table saw. Oem item so fit is very good ans it has all the clearance needed for my 8" dado stack.
