Helps for anxiety
I have really bad anxiety that affects my daily life if I don't take something for it. But I refuse to take meds and prefer healthier methods. I take this every morning in my coffee and it really does help. I find it's more effective if I use it on a regular basis, rather than just here and there. I reccommend it for anyone suffering from anxiety to help manage stress levels.
