Brilliant value ,well worth the money

I bought 2 of these HUGE (2.5 x 4m) panels for my new garden decking area. They were delivered very professionally and were well packaged to protect them. The driver even inspected them for any damage from transit before leaving, but they were in excellent condition.They were perfect for the job and look great!The UV protection which is included definitely works, as nobody has got burnt on our decking area, throughout this scorcher of a summer!Hopefully the panels will withstand any inclement weather we may get in the winter, but, so far so good.Would definitely recommend this seller

Perfect size! Made to measure. Cheaper than anything we could find locally from any merchants or chains (B&Q etc) - fitted as a roof for our pergola. Combined with the correct roofing tape and screws/plugs etc - brilliant! Thank you!Performance wise - been through some tough wind and no problems! Make sure you fit it correctly. Easy to install.

I had arranged to work from home during the 3 days my items were meant to be delivered. Surprise surprise the delivery did not take place. I had arranged for a carpenter to fit the items on the Saturday and had to cancel. There were no delivery details available at all. I messaged the seller and received no update from either Truly PVC or Amazon. My items arrived this Thursday a week later at 7:30 am. I have osteoarthritis and had to help the delivery driver with taking it out of the lorry and placing it in the garden. They are expensive but delicate items and I feared they would get damaged if he did it alone after waiting so long. I subsequently have suffered right shoulder pain since. What an utter shambles! Disgraceful customer service! Neither Amazon or Truly PVC give a damn !

Covered my decking area with this as roofing. Ordered a few bits from the same company and all works perfectly together. Half of the items were missed off the order but it was quick and easily sorted, mistakes happen. Happy with the the overall product and the quick response to sorting the mistake.
