Perfect! Hard to find a clean calcium supplement with a low dose. I get nearly enough daily calcium from my diet alone. I love that I can use one pill with 2 of my meals, to meet my daily requirements. I also make sure to use one if I eat a lot of beets/spinach with one meal. They both contain high oxalates, which binds to calcium so you don't absorb much. The extra supplement makes up for that. I usually have a meal prep so every one of my meals is the same. This is how I knew I needed an extra 300mg of calcium only each day. Hope this helps someone!

I hate the "caplet" calcium supplements that stick in your throat and the gummies are full of sugar or artificial sweeteners. I also wanted a supplement that did not contain magnesium. This is the perfect solution and I will be a loyal customer forever!

I could not find a low dose Calcium then I found this. I get Calcium supplements for my osteoporosis from a doctor and it has stuff from the bones that most doctors don't know about. But for a few months due to blood tests I have to take a low dose calcium and I couldn't find one until this. I like that it is pure meaning no junk like gelatin and junk I am allergic too and people should not be putting in their systems.

I have been using Vital Nutrients Calcium(citrate/malate) for years. Easily assimilated. No stomach issues, which I have had with other calcium citrate. Helps me sleep better at night. Easy to swallow capsule. Quality product for a reasonable price. Highly recommend especially for those who have had issues with other forms of calcium citrate.
