Why do these pills contain a lead warning?

I don’t know of any lead Warnings. I’ve been using this product for decades and never had an issue. I really like this product better than any others.

are the capsules vegan?

Yes they are and doctors are more apt to agree for you to take them because they are.

Any results from taking this PhytoEstrogen?

Yes, and I personally prefer this one to the one-a-day version. Just keep in mind that you may not notice a difference right away; give it a couple of weeks to see how it works for you. For me, it evens out the ups and downs of my monthly cycle and helps me feel a little more friendly to certain people, if you know what I mean. But I also recommend taking a Vitex (chaste tree berry) supplement along with it. Together they make a world of difference for menstrual issues, I've been taking them for over five years. Can't speak from experience - yet - on the menopause side of things, but I fully intend to use it throughout that transition, as much as it's helped me thus far. So this dose is worth a try, and again, there's also a once-daily version by Solaray. For me it's less potent, but everyone is different, so try one if the other doesn't get you where you need to be. It won't hurt either way.
