Excelente tenía miedo de pedirlo porque vi muchas reseñas que venia abierto y la verdad viene bien empaquetado, mucha gente dice que no le funciona pero no es milagroso este producto aunque es uno de los mejores que hay ya que chequé más marcas y este fue el mejor que encontré, para que funcione tienen que tener higiene del sueño, comer saludable, tomar agua y hacer ejercicio, por sí solo ningún suplemento funciona

TENÍA MUCHO PROBLEMA PARA DORMIR!!! Con pre menopausia e hipotiroidismo es muy difícil conciliar el sueño, empezar a tomar este magnesio llevo 2 meses y WOOOOO… puedo dormir muy rápido y de verdad me siento mucho mejor por las noches! Lo único que me pasa, pero no sé, si por el magnesio, es que siempre sueño cosas estresantes, espero que sea por otros motivos no por el magnesio. LO RECOMIENDO 100%
