the seller was great. fast shipping, genuine product, well packaged. a pleasure to do business with. The problem? The maker of the machine. They will not honor the warranty if you buy from anyone but them directly. This is despite the fact that the machine is genuine, in a sealed box. i have never encountered such a lame move by a maker of a product. They refuse to get back to me and give me a valid reason for this policy. All i can assume, is they are greedy and LAME. Also, at this price point you would expect a power switch. Without a power switch the fan runs 24/7. I added one so i don’t wear out the plug.

An amazing piece of technology that has me bewitched as I've been using it two to three times daily with massive yields. The only negative thing I would say is that the one aluminum pan isn't enough. Make it two plus increase the diameter of the pan at least an inch.

This is nothing against this seller just the maker I’ve used this machine since it first came out it must be 10 years old, it broke down somewhere the heating stopped so decided to take it apart And I was shocked to see what was in there, yellow insulation, the same stuff you put in your house you must wear a mask and contains Formaldehyde and whatever else is inside the machines. Good Lord I will be getting a hold of extraraft because this is not healthy at all, which they claim to be! lots of people use this for health reasons so

I use it exclusively for pot. I get full spectrum oil which is not bad , but it’s not easy to get the same stuff twice. Getting clear oil is not easy either. Apparently the oil makers use an ultra sonic device that reduces particles so small they don’t reflect light. Very disappointed with the product!

This has been a total waste of time and money, they can not get their phone system working nor their products, real unprofessional. Had potential, great concept, poor implementation, poor service.

Instantly like most I had buyers remorse.. the price is out of this world... I just started running batches and honestly I have to say I am impressed. The machine itself is fairly basic and really that's all it needs to be... it is a well thought out design and works beyond my expectations. Now if your going to run constant batches I recommend buying a second crucible. I highly recommend you buy a mini spatula, Amazon has a nice colourful 10 pack.... you don't want to find yourself in the predicament I did... batch was done and I realized I had nothing suitable to clean out the product..... and like most men... I thought.... I will just use a butter knife this one time and I will be gentle... I should be able to do that shouldn't I? GRRRR and as I said in the title.... Should be 5 star.... For the few cents it would have cost them to include a cleaning tool.... with the very high price tag.... I have a hard time not thinking they are to blame for my scratched crucible... Yes I should have known better.... BUT... isn't it negligence on the companies part.... the "ONLY" thing you need that most kitchens don't have is anything proper that is small enough to clean the crucible.... c'mon now.... almost $800... and I know I am not the only one..... Negligence is when you know a harm can be done and you don't do anything to "Solve" the issue... I woulda even been happy to pay the extra 50 cents.... How many scratched crucibles will there be before you become responsible to your customers :P haha
