Works great.
Works great. I far as I can tell, it was not a new item. There was no packaging other than the bubble rap and box it was sent in. There were marks on the screen as if it had been used before. I did not see anything when I bought the item saying anything about being used. Other than that it's working and doing what it suppose today.

Great replacement
After leaving our old one in a pants pocket and in the wash, I needed a replacement. This works just as well as the original that came with the alarm.

Replacement for lost remote
I’m glad to finally have a remote for my starter again. Had to replace the one I lost. Wish it came with instructions but that’s where YouTube comes in handy. $100 for one remote seems a bit overpriced when the whole starter set brand new is $200....

Purchasing this remote sure beats having to spend the money for a replacement alarm system. Just wish they have programming instructions provided.
