Dairy-Free Protein Bars That Actually Taste Like a Treat
These protein bars are my go-to when I need breakfast on the run or a post-workout pick-me-up. I’ve tried so many dairy-free protein bars, and these finally check every box—taste, texture, and the perfect amount of protein. The peanut butter cup flavor is unreal and honestly tastes like a candy bar. So happy I found these!

Delicious and Nutritious Meal or Snack Option
These bars are delicious. My 4 year old daughter has a gluten, egg, and dairy allergy and she loves these “chocolate bars”. They’re filling, visually simple for a child, and tastes like a peanut butter cup. Perfect for a fast breakfast or snack on the go!

Peanut Butter Cup = Best flavor
Peanut Butter Cup is by far my favorite of the Aloha bars. I've been having one at work each day for a few years now with a bottle of water and it never gets old. I've tried a bunch of the other flavors and while the oatmeal and the banana bread ones are rounding out my top picks along with the white chocolate peppermint seasonal one, the Peanut Butter Cup bar is still my top pick by far. My best description is a soft chewy peanut butter flavored bar with a thin Shell of chocolate covering it. No crunchies or crispies, just smooth. I love it!

Dietitian-Approved Balanced Snack – Great Taste and Nutrition
As a registered dietitian, I recommend ALOHA bars to many of my patients who have busy schedules and need a convenient, portable, and balanced snack. Most protein bars on the market are packed with sugar alcohols, artificial sweeteners, and very little fiber — but these stand out in the best way. ALOHA bars contain a touch of monk fruit extract with less than 5 grams of added sugar, plus 10 grams of fiber and 14 grams of protein to help keep you full longer and support stable blood sugars. The flavor is delicious and not overly sweet, and I love that the ingredients are clean and plant-based. I took off one star only because the chocolate coating on the peanut butter cup flavor tends to be a bit crumbly compared to other varieties. Still, the taste is great, and I’ll continue to buy and recommend these to my clients.

Best tasting protein bar on the market
Very good tasting bars. The texture is nice as well, nothing like the other hard and stiff ones you’d typically find. The flavor is there, but not as sweet as a Reeces bar, which is completely fine by me as this it doesn’t need to be. Overall a good value and with all the perks of being organic, plant based, and non GMO etc. I will be buying again.

Average peanut butter protein bar
These are fine. It's nice that they're plant based. They taste nothing like a peanut butter cup, and I'm pretty flexible--I like the quest ones. The texture is soft with a slight chew. They don't have the satisfying chocolate/peanut butter contrast of a peanut butter cup, and I wouldn't pay the full price of over $3/bar.

A New Staple
It's almost hard to think of these as protein bars, they're just a crazy kind of good, in my preferred "bland" kind of way; these are far from bland, as they just don't have any of the 'sweetened' flavors most prefer - and that I don't. They're quite filling actually, it's common for me to eat only 1/2 of 1 at a time. I have serious enough food issues that whatever few things I do find that I can and will eat are worth making mainstays. As a rule - I despise all food and detest eating completely, so whatever doesn't offend that is actually in a real life-sustaining position; add in having to avoid food allergies and gluten-free - that list is whittled down to a handful of things. The price isn't as high as some other specialty, protein bars either and EBT will cover them - which is a big deal when having to live on a specialty diet with a shoestring budget.
