Item came in its original packaging with the original hardware. Was a third of its original price, and the quality of the item was brand new. The condition of the item was as if it had never been used before. And it was a genuine Apple product. Came with all manuals, including the Apple and Beats stickers. My iPhone found the headphones immediately and connected with no issue. The battery life is outstanding as well as the sound quality. They are the larger ones so they come a little bit bulky, but for any music enthusiast, I would recommend these headphones over AirPods, AirPod pros or AirPod Max. They are built very sturdy and are made to last. I was reluctant to purchase refurbished, but was surprisingly pleased with the product. I didn’t have to spend $300+ And get all the great benefits of having Beats/Apple headphones!! This item actually made me comfortable with purchasing used a refurbished on Amazon!

They keep disconnecting and turning off

A brilliant item - but like all things brilliant, there are many detractors wishing to pull Beats down. Maybe, I won't hear the mouse fart in the back of the studio but what loser type would be hanging out to listen to it. I'm 77 and I love my music. I've had plenty of headphones. If you are like me in matters of sound, it's about crisp, mid crisp, general crisp and the large gong. Beats doesn't falter. They're rugged, unpretentious, wearable and filled with flavoursome sound. Whether its classical, topical, bopsicle and hysterical - Beats gets you there.

The price and discount was incorrectly represented and a new product was available at retailers for cheaper. This was a renewed product and the ear muffs were stained with some white stains . I have returned for a refund.

Disappointing, had the description been more accurate I possibly wouldn't have brought! Noise cancellation not the best like brand new pair. Decent sound quality though

El producto al adquirirlo se menciona un estado "nuevo" pero al recibirlo la caja se observa maltratada por lo cual claramente se puede deducir que es un producto (reacondicionado) lo cual se debería mencionar desde un principio, al probarlos puedo decir que bloquea el sonido de manera adecuada, pero la verdad la diadema en mi caso la sentí muy apretada generando dolor de cabeza, por lo cual era imposible usarlos mas de 20 minutos, por lo cual opte por devolverlos; siento que el precio al ser arriba de $3,000 puedes encontrar una opción mejor (quizá no de la marca beats) pero si de otra marca igual de reconocida y nuevos.
