What an amazing product if I can give it 10 stars I would I had this product on my truck and 1 have fell off and I contact the company and they responded right away and they right away send me another product but not only 1 they send me 2 of them !! Really recommend this product looks amazing and really heavy duty !

Looks and feels sturdy. For my application, I knew the supplied isolators were not enough to fill the gap, so I bought another set of isolators to give it a snug fit. My vehicle is a 1995 Toyota 4Runner with a ARB front bumper.These shackles have squared edges vs the round ones, matches the contours of my bumper real well.With so many color choices and combo's, it took me a few days to decide which one I personally like best.Finally decided on the Red with Black rubbers. Stands out against the black gloss finish bumper.Bottom line, looks good, feels good and sturdy. I love it.Will update on the paint fade when it happens. Current date 9/15/23Will also update when I really use it on the next trip.

Like the look and seams like a quality product. My only complaint is that the washers were missing in both sets I purchased. Luckily I had my old washers that worked.

I’ve had these shackles a few years on the back of my Jeep. The color has not faded and they have held up to time. I liked them so much I bought another set for my front bumper. I have even used them to pull a friend out of a mud hole with no issues.

My father and I purchased these for our 2024 bronco and they look great.No noticeable rattle from them when inside the vehicle. Red compliments the paint nicely. They feel really heavy and super well built. The fit is very good, solid anchoring. The red paint is of high quality with no rust or chips as of now.

Shackles looked good, but when I tried to unscrew the pin, both were seized. Had to use players and a screwdriver to get the bolt out as they would bind on one spot on the hole in the shackles. You could tell the spot by where the paint was scraped off on each turn. It is as if the bolt is bent.. but nothing obvious. Turning it in and out several times (with now just the screwdriver), did not help at all. I don't want to be mucking around in the field with extra needed tools (specifically - the screwdriver) when I need to use the shackles as fast as possible. Decided to grind out the hole a bit on each with a small rotary grinding tool. The hole (NOT the threaded end) is now somewhat oval/egg shaped and I'm not sure the 8T labelled strength would still be met, but for my purposes, think it will be ok. There is obviously no paint left on the grounded surfacesNot impressed.....UPDATE: APRIL 29, 2022.On noting the above 'less than positive' initial review, the seller quickly reached out and offered a new set of Shackles. Their response was more than kind, and I indeed received a new set from them today. The screw pin on these works PERFECTLY, with no binding whatsoever. Heavy duty, and should work great in the field.All I can say is great Customer Service and follow-up from them.I am now... MORE THAN PLEASED 'Out of the Box'!

Tough, heavy and durable shackles. They are easy to install and the plastic bumpers help with clanking against the bumper.

Great heavy duty shackle but doesn't fit my bumpers. I will keep them only because I do not want to pay the shipping to return them. I can use them in other parts of my recovery gear.Edit:Seller reached out to make sure I was satisfied with their product. I am appreciative of their level of customer service.I have ordered the smaller sized shackles, hopefully they fit, otherwise I am going to have to bore larger holes so they fit my bumper!
