Can you explain why your buckle is safer than others?

Does this have the 2nd slack line to walk/balance on? I ordered it last night because the pics show the 2nd line but I didn’t see it in the video.

Just got ours. Very disappointed that the second slack line is half size. It is not the se thickness as the primary line.

Any kind of warranty or parts available for purchase? Our ladder cut through the main line in less than 2 months. Now it’s literally garbage…

What is the actual weight limit? The product description says up to 880 pounds but the box says 250 pounds.

Hello, The box may state 250 lbs, we have tested the parts and 880 lbs is the new maximum advertised weight. The print will be updated for future boxes but do not worry the parts are the same - 880 lbs limit. Please let me know if you have any further questions! Gevin
