easy to apply , needs to go direct to substrate.

Prevention of water leaking
I bought Bostik Cementone Aquaproof Membrane for my bathroom floor which is located on a first floor. I am the second owner of a house and a previous one had a big water leak which caused a big damage .After repairing the floor structure we applied the Bostik. The product does what promised. Floor is well sealed so waterprood floor panels were instaled.Recommend the product.but the only disadvantage of it was a smell for the first 48 hours. Besides that all was qreat.

This item says on the reverse of the tin it remains sticky and needs a 50mm screed on topNo where on the information did it say thatAs a diyer I understood it to just paint it on and it would seal the floor
