Works surprisingly well.
This is perfect while walking home at night through high traffic areas. There are just not enough street lamps to help light the way. I attach it to the back of my backpack so that vehicles can see me when I walk the side of the road night. This is very bright and looks cool. Love it.

Good phosphorus glow, long lasting
Use these on a back pack for motorcycling, along with other reflective patches, but the glow of these are nice since they don't need to reflect light to be visible.
