A Godsend!
I suffered an acute compression fracture of the L1 vertebrae about 3 weeks ago. Pain has decreased but it is still quite uncomfortable, and often painful, to sit. This brace allows me to sit for as long as I want. It’s comfortable, reasonably priced and easy to put on and adjust. Really a godsend. Highly recommend it.

Great value and support but lacks some more fine tuned features.
While providing general support it is not robust enough for more serious pain. However, that being said, it was more helpful in this way because it prevented me from becoming dependent on the brace while still cutting the edge off the back pain. The massaging insert works well at providing pressure on the affected area but does not actually "massage" the area, but it is easy to remove and insert to create the feel you want. The adjustability is fair but could be a little more versatile as it can only be tightened in one linear direction. It would have been more supportive and comfortable if it was possible to tighten the top and bottom individually at varying angles and strengths. The material is considerably comfortable for direct skin contact for long periods of time but can dig along the edges a little when tightened for more rigid support.Overall this is a great moderate back support that does its job, and for the price it is well worth the lack of bells and whistles.

Can't live without!
I had a back brace like this until the velcro wore out. So glad I found a replacement. This helps save my back at work.

Not true to size. My waist is 51 inches. This product does not even come close to fitting me.
Not true to size.Amazon's description reads "Fits up to 132cm / 52In. Measure waist circumference for maximum size". My waist is 51 inches. HOWEVER, this product does not even come close to fitting me. (I am unable to pull the straps far enough to close the Velcro.)This item is new, unused. The description is wrong, and Amazon refuse to accept a return!

Definite relief of back pain with firm support.
I highly recommend this back brace. I have tried several back brace belts over the years and this is definitely the very best.
