LauraStar Lift Pure White Ironing System

I purchased a LauraStar iron from Amazon in February 2023, and unfortunately, my experience with the product has been nothing short of disappointing. Within less than a year of use, I have had to send the iron in for repairs three times, and it is currently still in repair as I write this review. The recurring issues with the product have significantly impacted my ability to use it efficiently and have made the overall ownership experience extremely frustrating. I expected a high-quality product, especially given the price point, but the continuous need for repairs has left me questioning the reliability of Laurastar's products. What makes matters worse is that despite multiple attempts to address the issues through repairs, the iron has not been returned to me in a fully functional state. This has not only inconvenienced me but has also led to a significant waste of time and effort in dealing with the repair process. Considering the frequency of repairs and the persistent issues, I believe it is only fair to request an immediate replacement for the defective item. A product in constant need of repair is not reflective of the quality and durability one would expect from a brand like LauraStar.
