So many things wrong with it.
It leaks when pouring & that’s my no. 1 issue with it. The second issue it takes forever to heat and gets stuck at a temperature below the chosen one. I honestly highly regret getting it. I’m suspecting that mine is faulty because that can’t be the standard. It’s just a bad product.

Excellent product
This brand is outstanding and I was so pleased to be able to source this specific kettle in the UAE. It has a sleak design, a simple temperature set with a couple of hold functions to maintain the ideal temp. It pours perfectly and even has a timer that you can use to measure your pour.Properly packaged with a very quick delivery time, this supplier is to be commended.

Great product, but bad quality
It does everything as promised. Kinda simplistic controls (in comparison with Timemore kettle), but very great flow control and overall balance of the kettle itself.PS: One month after the purchase and the small display (w/temp) is dying already 😒
