I used this on my hair roughly 6 weeks ago. The blue was very bright and noticeable for the first couple weeks, then it was more of a hint and just black. Now it has faded to more of a brown black, but my hair has a lot of red to it so that happens! I got 2 and only needed one so I will be able to do it all again! For reference, because I SEARCHED! I have thin, fine hair that is just below my bra strap. Thickness reference would be- I can wrap a brand new thick pony tail holder around my hair three times, but it will hold at 2 still. I also had some color left over

I have purchased this product 3 times. I love it. It arrived on time, the pricecwas perfect, and it did its job. I have some grey hair that I wanted colored. The coloring last 6 months for me. So I color my hair every 6 months. The last time I used this dye was in August 2025 and I just ordered the dye on February 5, 2026. I love this dye. At the 6 month mark I start to notice the grey reappearance. I have no complaints about this product. The 1st an 2nd pictures are from August, 2 weeks after I dyed my hair and the 3rd picture is 3 months after I dyed my hair

I bought this color thinking I would use my developer and have purple roots for a couple of inches and the rest would be pink. It worked out fine an application, nothing out of the ordinary because I've used the magenta version of L'Oreal for about 6 years. But the violet, it seems to smell a little worse to get that violet color I suppose but it also didn't last. Washing it out was bad enough because after application I let it sit for about an hour because I know my roots, and then it's soaked into my entire head. So now my hair is two different shades of purple which was not the intention. I've done this style with various colors in the past and it has always been successful, you think this new Violet shade that I've never used before is the only time it's ever not worked. In my next wash no, not even a deep clean but just straight up initially getting my hair wet to wash it I lost 50% of the color and this is supposed to be a semi-permanent dye. I can't think that the recipe is very much difference between magenta and violet but it was and it was a disaster of a disappointment. The purple has almost no staying power whereas with the magenta it's a struggle to lose color!

Covered up my previously red hair pretty well, although under some light it’s still visible. I did use a volume 20 developer though so that might affect its performance. It has lasted a long time maybe 4-ish months now. Was expecting a bit of a blue tint so I was worried, but there was none thankfully, but that might be because of my previous hair color (red). Also does not stain after a few washes. I do feel like it dried my hair out quite a bit so use a good conditioner or hair mask especially if you had already died your hair before.

I bought 2 deep violet hair dyes. They work just fine, but I’m not sure why they’re called violet because the color is more of a wine red color. If you have long and sort of thick hair like me, you need at least 3 tubes. Luckily I had another purple hair dye (from a different brand) because 2 tubes only covered 2/3 of my hair. I had to mix in a color from Arctic Fox. Other than the bad name choice and the small tubes, the hair dye works just fine.

It put a small red tint on my black hair, the grey turned red. I did it a week ago, and it is still washing out and staining my towels bad! In the sun it has a red tint, not noticeable. I don't like the look of my roots being a reddish color and my other hair being black. I look bad. Do not reccomend for black hair. If you have any roots that have grown out, it will make you look like you are washed up and washed out. I look like I put boxed hair dyde in my hair and did a terrible job at it. I wished I used blue. Instead of the red plum color for black hair. Its gross. In the picture the red is the grow out. It looks terrible. The rest has lighted out the black a smidge. I used 20 developer, for 25-30mins. It did not turn out the way I want it. But it didnt hurt my hair afterwards, actually easy to wash and I wished I chose a better color, the smell will bring tears to your eyes. Use a fan. Will wash off of skin.

If you have very dark hair, I would not recommend this product. It had basically no effect. It gave my hair a red tint that was only visible in strong sunlight. It was not noticeable at all otherwise, and even in sunlight, it looked more red than violet.

Really black

Als ich es bestellt habe dachte ich okay gut. Dann habe ich es vor kurzem benutzt und mich gefragt warum es denn Rot wird obwohl ich schwarz bestellt habe, hab dann nochmals geschaut und festgestellt das es Schwarz lila ist aber von der Farbe Schwarz Lila wie es hier stand ist nichts zu sehen! Es wird rot und bleibt rot! Frech es als schwarz zu Verkaufen und es dann am Ende doch rot ist
