All 4 drawers have difficulty opening. Unit is 2 months old with daily usage.Either defective unit or cabinets are junk.

We have been purchasing Phoenix brand fireproof cabinets for our office for years. They quality and price is excellent and customer service is outstanding.

We really like these fireproof cabinets. They are wide enough to put three rows of files in from front to back, but narrow enough to fit in our smaller office space. The delivery was on time, and the deliverymen were excellent in getting the files into the building.
