This tasted absolutely awful. Infollowed the directions and used the appropriate amount of cold water, shook well, and blegh! It tasted like water that someone had dropped a little cookies and cream ice cream into. I only managed to take a few sips before I had to dump it out because I couldn't force myself to drink it.

Would recommend to anyone who want to lose a little weight it keeps you full longer but I would use water then any other liquid it will help need to try other flavors and it smells and taste like cookies and cream really good stuff
