Great product! These sheets were super easy to apply! Adhesive sticks well and sheets are a good size. I overlapped the edges a bit so there was minimal cutting/trimming needed. I really like that this set comes with some adhesive hangers you can apply on the back to hang without a frame. Sheets are thick, easy to work with, and provides a nice sturdy grip. Very happy with this product!

My husband is a big puzzle guy and an even bigger Star Wars fan, so for Christmas I got him a whole puzzle-themed setup: a couple of great 1,000-piece Star Wars puzzles, a puzzle table, and these adhesive puzzle saver sheets so he could keep his “masterpieces” forever. And yes… he fully plans to hang them in his mancave. 😂 Why These Work So Well: • So easy to use No glue, no brushes, no drips, no sticky fingers, no drying time — just peel, stick, smooth, and done. These work well, great way to preserve your puzzle.

I use these peel and stick sheets to stabilize my puzzle from the back before I glue the front. I know that they are meant to replace gluing, but unless you are going to put the puzzle in a frame under glass, this product is insufficient to hold the pieces without additional glue. The adhesive just isn’t strong enough. When you hold the puzzle up after applying the peel and stick sheets, it is inevitable that a few pieces will fall off. Sometimes this happens immediately and sometimes it happens weeks later. I have used this product numerous times, following the directions to press with rolling pin and allow to sit undisturbed overnight. I have even tried weighting the puzzle with heavy books overnight. The backing just doesn’t stick well enough by itself. I have used the competing brand with the same results. That all said, I keep buying this product because it does make gluing puzzles easy peasy and is more cost efficient than the competing brand. I am well able to glue puzzles without using these sheets, but the peel and stick sheets are a nice convenience. I do wish there was a product that eliminated the need for glue altogether, but so far there is not. For newbies,there are many good glue products out there for puzzles, but the best is Masterpieces Glue. It gives a result without bubbles or application strokes.

Was easy to use

I tried this thing to secure a 1000-piece puzzle, 26.7x18.8 in (68x48 cm). I had to use 6 sheets to cover it all, though strictly speaking this is overkill: the last two sheets overlapped the previously applied sheets. However, it is true that this pack is good for two 1000-piece puzzles. It will probably be OK for a 2000-piece puzzle as well, though I wouldn't absolutely bet on this, because it may depend on the actual dimensions of the picture. The sheets are easily applied and stick pretty well - you can pick up the puzzle right after the last one is applied. Compared to glue (I have experience using the Ravensburger's - which I think is pretty good), this technique is definitely an improvement because it is so much faster, and the result you get does not need any more work. (My experience with glue is that it only gets you up to a point when you can flip your puzzle over. After that you have to secure it again with scotch, otherwise it will not hold.) The only thing you need to figure out is how to flip your puzzle before applying the sheets - because they need to be applied to the back side, of course. The package does not give you any clues on that, so you may have to google for the proper technique. Flipping is not too difficult if you have some plastic kitchen mats available. These are easy to slip under the puzzle. Then you can cover it with more mats and fasten the mats together with tape. This will give the picture enough stability to be flipped over. Bottom line: I do recommend this little thing for securing puzzles. It is works better and faster than any glue I have tried.

The best part was that there was a small strip to peel off on one edge of the sticky sheet, so you could carefully place it to stick it on the back of the puzzle before pulling the rest of the backing to press down the whole sticky sheet on. The 12 sheets placed 3x4 over our puzzle were a few inches larger, so instead of trimming them down to fit, we realized overlapping would be fine and only add strength because it was on the back of the puzzle. As perfectionists that we are, the only bit of imperfection was as we were lifting it and moving it around to hang it, a few edge pieces would come loose, but we just pressed them extra and it was no problem. Also one area about 4x6 on the edge wouldn't lay flat, which i know had to do with the order of placing the sheets and pressing them down. Maybe don't do the middle ones last, but go across from one side tot the other. We solved that little curve issue when hanging it up by using that tacky putty stuff for posters- we kneaded it, stretched it thin and put it under the edge that was not quite flush on the wall then pressed it down. it's been hanging up for 2 weeks, still fine. I liked that it came with the attachable hangers that aren't so noticeable, but we used two plastic velcro 3# (overkill on the weight) Command strips that we already had, one near each side of the top, so hangers are hidden.

I bought these for a few puzzles that I have and will be putting together and framing! I used one for the puzzle I bought for my Dad of Sorcerer Mickey. He had it framed and it is now hanging in his Disney Room. It was so easy to use and there was no messy glue to deal with. I will be purchasing more soon!
