I am taking this as part of a treatment to heal my eye problems - it will take a little time before I know whether this treatment is effective. I haven't taken it long enough to really say whether its doing what I hope it will do - but I can say the description is true, and I received this instantly so that is good news.

The item arrived on time in good condition. The capsules are nicely packed in a colourful plastic container. They are quite large and therefore best taken with water or a soft drink. Not yet clear if they have helped subjectively or objectively, though I had a vague sense initially that I might have more energy and vitality. That may have been a placebo response.

Firstly I was impressed with the packaging and the amount of detail gone into it. One of the best supplements I’ve found that’s also vegan! Would 100% recommend for others to use aswell!

These were ok to start with, although I couldn’t really feel any benefits. I was taking one a day, and found after around 2 weeks I got really bad pains in my lower abdomen which stopped when I didn’t take the supplement.

Great for gym goer like me been loving using these!!

Made me feel really ill after taking 3 capsules over 3 days. Threw them in the waste bin.
