Excellent product that I use daily. In winter, chapped lips, dry skin are an issue. Adding Sword or Shield to my water intake reduces those issues. Sword helped during post surgical recovery & rehab, keeping my body hydrated. In summer, keeping hydrated reduces leg cramps, fatigue while working out or doing housework.

Sorry for the long review but I get excited when I find a USA small company with an excellent product!! I tried this product months ago, fell in love with them, and am so glad they are now on Amazon. I was drinking Hint waters before but am always dehydrated because of my meds. I am a diabetic as well and was hesitant because these do have a little pure cane sugar. Later I learned it's sugar from plants and fruits and is used up by your body so it doesn't spike my levels. I hate overly sweet drink mixes with fake sweeteners. These remind me of hint waters but have electrolytes! It's awesome because you can drink these all day long, they are all-natural and they do not cause stomach cramps or send me to the bathroom. Also safe for kids and my 6 year old loves them. My oldest son uses their other line, SWORD because he works out and plays lacrosse. So we are definitely fans of Sword Performance products. If you want a heavy, sweet sports drink then this is not for you. Shield is light flavored and refreshing, nothing artificial. Thumbs up!!

So much better than the overrated Liquid IV

Had the opportunity to speak with the creator of this product. I will not pretend to be at their level of knowledge, I did appreciate the time and effort to make an electrolyte drink that is for simple replenishment (shield) or the variation needed for heat stress or heat stroke (sword). There is also a sugar free variant available. The sugar mixture in this particular one is that which has the quickest assimilation into the body for quick replenishment. Overall I have used many electrolyte drinks. This is the one I personally have chosen above all others to continue to purchase even today.

My wife swears by Shield. Loves the product, and the hydration/electrolytes it provides. Almost every flavor has a great taste. It dissolves very quickly and easily. Definitely recommend this if you are looking to flavor up that boring water or if you are trying to replenish your body after that workout.

LIED ON PDP. It clearly states RAW ORGANIC CANE SUGAR as ingredients which I specifically look for. I breakout really bad with sugar alternatives including STEVIA "fruit sugar". Then I get it and its actually stevia and does not list cane sugar. Ridiculous.

The flavors were ok but I need small packaging and less calories
