TL;DR: Recommended without reservation. Quality craftsmanship in every aspect.Arrived FedEx in a slightly flattened box marked "GLASS: HANDLE WITH CARE" in multiple locations. No matter, it was packed by someone that knows what they're doing. It was almost frustrating to unpack as it was done securely in multiple layers of bubble wrap, cardboard, paper tape, and plastic bagging. The hardwood frame's finish is beautiful with a deep lacquer shine and perfectly joined corners. The hanging hardware is solid, and all supports/substrates are foam core board, not cardboard. They even included acid-free linen tape to properly hinge-mount my degree. The shadowbox is the perfect size for my tassel.

It was easy to ask for customization and I was glad that customer service had confirmed it with me as well. The frame is very beautiful and looks like it's of high quality. There was a bit of dust and some small glue/sticky marks on the glass and wooden parts but it was nothing a quick rub with a cloth couldn't solve.While I was impressed by the customer service and the look of the frame itself, I found the act of actually putting my tassel and diploma into the frame a bit inconvenient. I had to carefully align and tape the edges of my diploma to the matboard so that it wouldn't end up crooked when I put the back of the frame on. It would've been nice if there was some type of "pouch" that some other frames have that I could just slide my diploma into and have it aligned and secure right away. I also had to tape my tassel strap to the back of the tassel box and wished that there was some type of hook (or a hidden string in the back?) that would keep it from shifting when I put the back of the frame on. It took me about 20 minutes from unwrapping the packaging to complete setup.Overall, I'm very happy with the end product but getting my tassel and diploma to look nice inside of the frame was a bit of a hassle.

This frame was exactly what I was looking for. Very sturdy, really good looking, and excellently packaged. I had a hard time getting my tassel situated. I’m sure there’s an easy trick to it, but I ended up using a tiny piece of tape to hold it in place on the back side.

Ordered this frame for my brother's diploma with his name engraved in gold at the bottom.I first had it delivered to me so I could check for issues before wrapping and presenting it to him; it was beautiful and perfect-- looked exactly the way I ordered, and it arrived on time!!! Prices are MUCH better than at the University bookstore!!In two years I will order again to frame my Master's diploma!!

This is such a beautiful, elegant, and professional looking frame! I have received many compliments on this frame! For something you work so hard for, it is nice to have something present it so well. My favorite part was that I was able to customize what I wanted it to say under the diploma. Might be a coincidence, but the font on my diploma matched the font used on the frame, which really tied everything together. I think the ONLY downside is that I had to use a small piece of a tape to hold my actual diploma in the correct position. However, total time from opening the package to it hanging on the wall was about 10 minutes, so not much of a hassle. I appreciate how much packaging was used (bubble wrap, tape, foam) to protect the frame. There was not a single crack, dent, or even smudge on it. If you're looking for a gift to give for a recent grad, this is definitely it!

I bought two frames with the tassel holder, one for my bachelor's degree and one for my master's degree. It was difficult finding frames that come in different sizes for both of these degrees (each degree is a different size) but these frames are perfect. I just put them up today and they look amazing! 10/10 would definitely recommend to others.
