The seat provides slick/sticky surface. Some would complain that the adhesive of the pad doesn't work, but that is due to the curvature of the seat. If you have to bend the foam so much that the sticky pad is pried off, you should use permanent glue like I did. If the pad 1/4 thickness, it should have worked better, though.

Item came in with what looks like to be a burn hole, not a huge deal but kind of annoying.

Nice firm pad. A bit thinner then I would have hoped but they do list the dimensions correctly so that's not their fault. I use it under my seat cover in my car for added firmness and its held well at the 5 months mark at counting. Very good adhesive as well.

I wanted something softer.

The seat itself works, however, the glue does not work AT ALL. One track day and the seat shifted; the seat is separating between the double sided tape and the foam (meaning it’s not the fault of my surface). Then as I tow my bike back the seat flied off onto the highway. Disappointed on the quality of the glue!

Performance is great adhesion absolutely sucks

The pad fit my 2006 CBR600RR race fairings perfectly. The adhesive does not work. Spent days strapping it down, adding pressure, doing anything to make it stay, but it does not, it just wants to go back to flat. Will be resorting to some additional adhesive. Do not recommend as the glue is garbage.
