Perfect priduct, as described, looks sturdy. No complaints

When the package arrived at my porch, the amazon packing box was destroyed. My first thought was uh-oh, but after opening, everything was fine inside. The hitch adapter and ball seems sturdy, paint is nice, hitch pin looked great and worked perfectly. Best of all, the item was cheaper than anywhere else I had priced. It will work perfectly to haul my trailer on my 2019 Chevy Traverse.

The item arrived as described, delivery was on time and the trailer hitch is of great quality and blue for the money. I have gone through over 10 different trailer hitch accessories and this is one of the best in terms of quality. It's practical and it works as it should. My only concern is that the box was left on my stairs an md not by the front door and living in downtown Toronto that immediate allows access to the not so nice people in the neighborhood a free opportunity to walk off with the product. The delivery people should be more mindful of this and use their heads when making decisions on where to leave items. Nor was I given a notice beforehand as to when it might be delivered so that I could immediately retrieve it. If it had been stolen, which is always a possibility in downtown Toronto, this would have caused a catastrophe that could have reasonably been avoided by the delivery person using a little more common sense and not just dropping it on the front steps and running off to do their next delivery.
