If you have any problems in bowel regularity I can recommend this product. So fast, very effective and gentle. So much better than anything out there that doesn’t work, is painful and with no clue when it might help. AND cheap!

I've been using this stuff for a long time ~ I have to crush the pill & use digital scales to measure weight ----------- I use one third of one third of a pill no closer together than 24 hours -----
