My scar was somewhat lumpy, but I’ve used this cream a couple of times a day for about a week and a half and my scar has smoothed out. I’m pretty happy with this cream.

Should be zero stars. This is just sunscreen. It does not have any active ingredient to treat scars. Complete rip-off. Save your money and use whatever sunscreen you have laying around. Calling this scar cream should be illegal.
