Are these pre gapped ?

yes, but I would not rely on a pre gaped plugged that has traveled from warehouse to warehouse and eventually thru a Mail system. I've ordered plenty plugs and even though my box of eight were gaped at the setting required I did find one that the tip was bent even though there was no damage to the container. A gaping device be be had for a few bucks at you local auto parts store. I would not rely on a gaped setting from the factory. Just my two cents.
