Works well. However only get the small 4 oz. bottle. The 8 oz. bottle si always a bad batch. the first 8 oz. bottle had clumps with pink spots. I got a replacement and it still had clumps but no pink. So I tried it and it was irritating. The 4 oz. worked great. I don't know if it was old, or a bad batch or if they changed the formula. I had an old 4 oz. bottle from 3 years ago and it was fine. When I ordered a new 4 oz bottle, it was the same.

This stuff is awesome. My bf got a skin infection and before going to the dr we tied this gel, and it healed it.

This stuff is amazing! I had horrible neck acne due to using steroids and this gel cleared it up in no time. Everybody wants big muscles but no one wants neck acne!! Definitely recommend

For three years i’ve dealt with the horror of a staph infection. Where big pharma solutions were only temporary and never complete, this gel cleared up all deep, painful infections within days. I have not had a single new eruption since starting. I consider this a cure for me. I highly recommend anyone with staph to try it. I’m going to continue to use it to hopefully avoid any new infections. I wash my face, apply Spencer’s and let it dry. I use jojoba oil (cold press and organic)to moisturize, blot, then apply a powder foundation.I apply Spencer’s again before bed after cleansing my face. My complexion is clear with a more even skin tone. Plus, scars seem to slough off. I also take 2000 mg of black seed oil capsules everyday (Bluelilly or Herbal Secrets). I also use ACS colloidal silver gel every now and then. I hope this helps someone, because people took the time to post reviews to help me. I’m so grateful!
