Product was delivered perfectly. It works great and the size is perfect. The setting on 5 is the perfect setting to get it -18* and after 24 hours no move in the temp. Very happy with this purchase and the Freeze Quality is amazing. I looked at other freezers and the Value for Money is perfect. It has NO NOISE LEVEL at all in the garage and looks great! So happy with this purchase.

Spacious and easy to maneuver

The freezer arrived on time and in good condition. it was easy to unbox and set up next to the plug. its only been 5 days but so far it's working very well.

Yes other reviewers are 100% Right about the BAD SHIPPING. I Guess No One Uses Their Eyes at the Warehouse. The unit came with LARGE PRESSED IN DENTS AT THE BASE MAING THE WHOLE FRAME UNEVEN!!!!!!! Lack of instructional care. Yes in the booklet but there needs to be stickers. Must let it sit for 24 hours I was always told 72 hours but we move on. I'm guessing this is why most complain about the motor sounding crazy. I dont think they let it sit for a full 24 hours to let the chems settle down in the compressor. UnBoxing!!!! The box is lifted off and only taped on the bottom. Cut the tape then lift. Running!!!! Once plugged wait one hour before progressing to the next level of cold. 7 levels. The more you store the more the compressor will run. In short It works its not loud and will save you some $$$ if you buy in bulk. Perfect for sportfishing or meal preping The cost is pretty low about the price of whole chuck roll which it can hold 2 +

This product did not work. After plugging it in it was really loud and let off an extremely bad odor like burning oil and plastic. It also did not keep a consistent temperature but swung wildly. I’m past the return window so it’s going to have to go to the dump. Really disappointed since I opened it past the return window and will have to take it to the dump. I do believe I was sold a previously retuned, previously broken item.

This little freezer is powerful for how much I paid for it. I am very grateful. Every penny spent was not wasted and now I am able to store food for longer.

Item arrived well-packaged and with just a small dent in the back. The skin appears to be very soft metal, and I *think* I'm responsible for a small dent in the front door unpackaging and setting up. Did not switch the direction of the door. Freezing was/is very good and there is minimal noise.

I don’t know how anyone can think this is silent. The motor or whatever makes an intermittent buzzing sound. If I had to be in the same room with it all the time, I don't think I could deal with it, but it's ok from a bit of a distance. It freezes fine. No temperature control, but as long as things are frozen, it doesn't matter. I previously bought the Koolatron, which made the same noise but way louder. I returned it and they sent me a new one which made the same sound as the one I returned but not quite as loud. Still too loud to have in a small apartment, though. So this Black and Decker is definitely better.
