Absolutely awesome for making Kimchi. At some point I'll branch out to make some other fermented foods in this container. Worked so well I bought a second one. Contains the smell well which is appreciated by my wife. Easy to clean and care for. Awesome Product.

I've owned two of these (I loaned one out and never got it back!) It is a well-designed, well-constructed, and easy-to-use fermenter for kimchi and sauerkraut. I love the stuff, but unfortunately my wife finds the smell of fermenting vegetables revolting, so I don't get to use it as often as I'd like.

We use this container to make kimchi and it works perfect. I am actually going to order another one to make sauerkraut in. The hole in the divider with the plug in it makes it easy to take all the air out and make sure there isn't air in the food during the fermentation process. We usually used the jars with weights but this container makes it a whole lot easier.

It does what it promises and keeps our kimchi fresh while containing the smell. Taking out the food does get a little messy though, but it’s not a big deal.

Just finished my 1st batch of kimchi and this box worked great! Cleaned up easily without stains or smells left behind in the plastic. Would definitely buy again

Für mich ein must have für Kimchi. Ich stelle Kimchi selbst her und seitdem ich dieses Teil verwende, fermentiert es sehr gut, es schimmelt nichts und es läuft auch nichts über. Nicht sehr günstig in der Anschaffung aber jeden Cent wert.

Love this sealable container so much I bought another. Good for pickling, storing spicy or pickled items. Completely seals in strong smelling and fermented food.

Wasnt expecting it to be that small, it wont be big enough to fit just one napa cabbage ..

Perfekt und super einfache Anwendung. Tipp: Nach 3 Tagen in Raumtemperatur, geht das Ganze in den Kühlschrank. Dabei lasse ich den kleinen Gummiverschluss geöffnet und schließe nur den Deckel.
