This adds a lemon/citrus flavor that is very pronounced! I love the taste it brings. I added some Chinese red pepper (bought separately) with this to my boil. It gave a great opening flavor with a lingering heat!

Unfortunately, this item was delivered opened. The seasoning was all over our other item as well. Since its food and you can't return or get a refund or a replacement, that's why it's getting a one star.
