So worth the money! I have NEVER written an Amazon review! The clarity with this unit is amazing!!!

Very good product. The only issues that I have are: 1) If there is not enough lighting, the focus is not very good - blurring, no control. 2) Not stable enough - shaking at times. Out of focus at times. I think I will order another portable INS-4 for classroom purpose.

I love using this in my classroom! The images are so clear when projecting in my classroom

I've had several document cameras, and I hated all of them. I LOVE this one. All I really needed was something to reliably turn on and project documents to my Promethean board in my classroom, and this does a great job. Every now and then it doesn't seem to focus, but if I hit the autofocus button, it clears right up. The base is heavy enough that I can adjust the arm one-handed most of of the time. I've used it for two years now with no issues at all.

Wonderful! Great quality camera, very clear and just awesome value for the price, and the computer software has so many options! You can take pics or videos and freeze the screen. I think you can also draw with it. Please know I’ve only used it for a day, but my best friend (also a teacher like me) has had it for about 3-4 years and she loves it! I got mine because of her recommendation. And it’s such a great size, super portable and lightweight. It’s not clunky at all. I was worried about how much space it would take on my desk, but it’s so perfect! Really great value! I still can’t believe it’s only $80. So worth it. If you’re on the fence like I was, get this one. I don’t believe you need to spend so much for other ones when one like this is available.

I am an art teacher and teach virtual art lessons. I needed a way to be able to model techniques to my student. I researched several cameras but went with this one because of the features and size of presentation area. This is easy to set up and easy to use. I use google meet and it’s great. The quality is great and it accomplished exactly what I needed it too. It makes teaching virtually so much easier and more productive.

This doc cam is awful. It doesnt focus on my worksheets for my class. I have tried all the manual suggestions. You can get it to focus but it will go in and out if you moved the paper slightly. I am super super disappointed. As a teacher I dont have a lot of. money to waste. 😠

Der erste Eindruck besticht bereits mit dem modernen eleganten Design in weißer Farbe. Die Kamera ist mit Mikrofon, mit LED-Licht und Steuerungstasten für die Beleuchtung, Autofokus und für Bilddrehungen ausgestattet. Besonders geeignet für Vorträge und als Web-Cam. Dazu liegen auch Adapter für ein Mikroskop bei. Drei Gelenke mit zwei stabilen Achsen für die Höhe und Stellung (Schwenken nicht vorgesehen) auf einem sehr stabilen Gerätefuß, Gewicht insges. zirka 80 dg, bilden eine bewegliche und harmonische Einheit. Ein 150 cm langes, weißes USB A Verbindungskabel ist für 5V/500mA-Anschluss vorgesehen. Ein eventueller Schalter ist leider nicht angebracht, lediglich die LED-Lampe lässt sich auf dem Kamerateil ein- und ausschalten. Im beigefügten Handbuch findet man eine Internet-Adresse, die auf eine kostenlose Anwendungssoftware hinweist. Die Installation ist sehr einfach und funktioniert sofort auch auf Windows 10/11. Das Menü (auch in Deutsch) ist zwar vom ersten Eindruck an etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, bis man die an den Seitenrändern befindlichen Symbole schon ausgetestet hat. Erstaunlich die gute Kameraauflösung, die sich mit diversen Bedienungselementen noch softwaremäßig steuern lassen. Die Zoom-Einstellung erfolgt kontinuierlich und ist erstaunlich weitläufig, ganz gleich in welcher Betrachtungshöhe sich die Kamera befindet. Die LED kann man dazu tastengesteuert auch einschalten, diese ist meiner Meinung nach zwar nicht umwerfend, doch lassen sich die Ansichten mit üblichen Bildeinstellungen der beigefügten Software ausreichend einrichten. Auch Textbeschriftungen, Farbwahl und Strichstärke für extra-Beschriftung lassen sich problemlos einfügen. Die Bilder können exportiert und auch für Nachbearbeitungen importiert werden. Dies eignet sich besonders für Schulungsangelegenheiten, die sich in einer vorgeschlagenen Webcam-Einrichtung besonders hervorhebt. Übungsbeispiele auf Video sind damit inkludiert. Schließlich gibt es zu angeführter Software auch ein Scan-Einrichtung für Text-Dokumente, die jedoch meiner Ansicht nach nicht besonders attraktiv erscheint. Es hängt im Wesentlich auch von der jeweiligen Beleuchtung ab und wenn die Kontraste auf einem Foto zu unterschiedlich sind, bleibt der Scan einfach aus. Diese Tischkamera hat aber gegenüber mancher anderer kleinen Tischmikroskope einen besonderen Vorteil. Sie steht auf dem Schreibtisch nicht im Wege. Durch den enormen Zoombereich wird wohl jeder Bastler, vor allem die mit Elektronik oder auch mit kleinen Uhren oder Schmuckteilen beschäftigt sind, einfach nur begeistert sein. Ja selbst die Beobachter am Mikroskop oder vielleicht testweise am Teleskop ist dieses Gerät für einen Universalbetrachter richtig ideal. Aus meiner Sicht ist InSwan INS-2 besonders empfehlenswert und nicht zu teuer. 2 Fotos: Bildkombination inkl Text und Foto einer elektronischen Teil-Schaltung mit SMD-Widerstand 1k Ohm, hier im Beispiel mit max. Vergrößerung bei 60mm Kamera-Abstand, also ohne weitere optische Hilfsmittel.
