Good socket

Good keystones and a nice fit in the faceplates. Although I used the same make of insertion tool on both keystones, it felt that two cores didn't seat properly. That was borne out by the line test that showed two cores hadn't connected. The cores were probably AWG26 that are providing a temporary connection between a new Full Fibre ONT on the ground floor, and the computers on the first floor. These RJ45 plates are sold as CAT6, but I wonder whether they will be suitable for CAT6A 23AWG that will be the permanent network later this year.

You will need to buy the correct punch down tool. The colour coding is for T568B but I needed T568A so I ignored the colour code and just went by the pin numbers. Worked perfectly.

Needed to upgrade my network at home, and wanted to make things look a bit more professional, all you need is a punch down tool and a rj45 network tester to ensure all the connections are connected, if you've never done this before just follow the colour coded connections and leave plenty of excess cable it just makes it easier to push the cable down with the push down tool, once you've pushed all the cables down use the Rj45 testerto ensure they are all making contact, you may also need a pattress box

So I’m an IT project manager I have bought the RJ 45 sockets. I have tested with the professional tools and they failed some of the pains inside not allowing properly when testing sometimes 153 missing on the other side 543 missing I would not recommend buying this from this company. I have fixed the issue by buying more expensive ones and better quality The sockets will be returned Highly advise, don’t wish you time because that’s the most valuable thing you have
