Once again, Master Maison has created an awesome product! This is the fourth knife set addition to my collection from Master Maison. These knives can be the everyday workhorses in the kitchen, and have the showroom quality to display when having guests visit.Once again, one will observe quality right from the start upon receiving the package in the mail. The six utensils are excellently packaged and individually wrapped. The entire package is approximately 11.5W inches by 10D inches. The weight is just a little over two pounds for the entire package with the knives. A noticeable weight that implies a sturdier product able to handle the harder tasks around the kitchen. The individual items have a low weight, the heaviest being 4.3 ounces. The blade length including the handle is just under eight inches. The length and weight of these items is similar to the standard knife, fork or spoon used for everyday eating. This gives them a little more versatility than the larger knifes. The size of the handle easily fits in one’s hand and can be used for extended periods of time without fatigue.Multi-tasking products. All of these items can be used in multiple situations. All but one has a dual purpose designed with the tool making them even more valuable in the kitchen.While this might appear to be a simple thing, the dual purpose significantly assists the user of the product. For example, the cheese spreader; during any given day, one decides to warm up a bagel, it would typically need two utensils. A sharp knife to cut the bagel, then a butter knife to apply the cream cheese. Additionally, the narrowness of the butter knife will cause one to scoop from the source multiple times to obtain enough of the spread. Which risks adding pieces of food to the source spread. The cheese spreader has a very wide surface, which allows one to obtain a larger scoop, so that it only requires a single dip into the cream providing enough for the entire bagel. The seemingly small additional feature of the cheese spreader, and the other items, is the knife edge. Now, one can use a single utensil to perform multiple actions. And maintain that utensil in the hand without having to pick up another utensil to perform the additional actions. While this is very minor, this trait is very useful as one hand is usually dirty because it’s touching/holding the product, while the other hand is operating the tool. Not having to open a drawer and dig out a second utensil is a very nice feature.The pronged knife has holes in the blade, which appear to keep the cheese from sticking too much to the blade. Banana slides were performed of which hardly stuck to the blade. This utensil is handy because one can cut the product, then use the same utensil end as a fork to pick up pieces to move them to a plate; again, without having to pick up another utensil. The sharpness of the blades allows thinner cuts, such as apples.The narrow plane knife allows one to pick up larger quantities while also providing a cutting edged. And the parmesan knife has a slight serrated edge allowing it to be a cutting tool.While cheese seems to stick with every knife I’ve ever used, it does appear to slide off these items a little easier. The multi-purpose of the items, the sharpness of blades, the physical size and weight make them very useful utensils. So much in fact, that they are being used for products other than cheese. E.g., cutting green beans and carrot slices, pork and chicken.The storage box is a heavy cardboard, so it would only be used for clean storage of the set. With a cost of only 29.99, that’s only five dollars per item; this is a great financial deal! Your getting high quality multi-purpose cutlery at a very affordable price which will last a very long time.I could see these knifes being used everyday for all types of products. We are already searching for a wooden knife holder as my wife wants to have these available and ready while she is working in the kitchen.The appearance of this Master Maison cheese knife set is flawless! In addition to everyday operations, one could host brunch and use these as their show pieces in a dining room setting…..

I knew what I wanted, this cheese knife set checked every box. I didn’t want another cutting board with mini knives, I needed cheese knives, as I recently broke my other old knife. It arrived quickly, yay, game time! Each knife was wrapped & in its designated place in a Master Maison box which I’ve decided to keep them in its so well made. The box has the recommended knife for a variety of cheeses displayed as you open the box. I don’t know about you but I find it impressive when a company takes so much pride in not only their product but how the customer sees their purchase for the very first time, if that makes sense. The knives are sturdy, very well designed & a perfect length for me. They’re not the mini size so many others offer, they actually feel like a knife. The knives seem to be well balanced & that good when prepping different cheeses.I looked at the sellers website on Amazon & what they displayed is exactly what I got, no surprises. I also checked out the company and it’s an American small business with their name impressed on the stainless steel knives, perfect.I never write a review this quickly but this knife set deserves the 5 stars. If you’re looking for an awesome set of cheese knives as we’re entering March Madness NCAA fans, entertaining more, holidays coming up or if you need a gift don’t let this one pass you by. It’s a fair price for a quality set of cheese knives. I couldn’t be more pleased with this set & would highly recommendI see many have posted photos that are accurate but I’ll try to take a couple to add to my review. Thanks to others who reviewed this set, it helped to read those before I purchased mine new set.

For the price point this is a quality cheese knife set. Great for personal use. We have also given as a gift.

I thought these would be smallish, like for a cheese board or the size of appetizer spread knives. These are huge! I mean they are sturdy and nice but they are waaayyyy bigger than expected, especially for cheese. Maybe they were made for a man or woman with huge hands?

I was pleasantly surprised when I opened the box set. Not only are the utensils nice looking, but they are very sturdy in the hand. And I love the variety. Would highly recommend.

These are sturdy tools, actually bigger than I expected. Really well made and have a good weight in your hand when using. They seem of better quality than other cheese knives I’ve used before. I’m happy with my purchase.

This product was purchased for a gift for my sister. She entertains a lot and does a lot of charcuterie boards. This was absolutely perfect for that.
