Not for beginners, but still a good machine.
It'll do a 4 foot long print no problem, you just have to wrap your head around the idea that the Z axis is rotated 45 degrees. Everything past 90 degrees vertical away from the nozzle is an overhang and behaves like something without support like a traditional 3d printer, but you can go 90 degrees horizontal towards the nozzle completely unsupported for a few inches as long as the base is anchored. Removing parts does require you to cycle the belt, prying it off by hand is a surefire way to stretch the belt prematurely and get poor quality parts. I wouldn't recommend it as your first printer, and definitely wouldn't recommend it if you're trying to do tiny stuff. Trim pieces, crown molding, extrusion samples and cosplay swords? Heck yeah, it does long stuff with at least one flat side like a champ.

Warped bed.
I just got this printer. Due to the bed being warped I am unable to level it to be able to print.

This should not be your first printer
This printer is excellent for mass producing small parts. There is a huge learning curve so this should not be your first printer.

A good enough printer.
I've had this printer for about 2 weeks now and it's doing rather well. I love the fact it can print long and large parts but that's kinda where the happiness ends. The software for slicing is just a re-skinned cura and some of the default settings are actually trash with the major one is the start geode. Luckily I'm a machinist and have modified code for 3d printers before( cr-10s and a ender 2) but having to reduce the amount of material being spat out at the beginning is not a good first step. And never mind the non-descriptive "Unable to slice" errors you get, or the placement of new models when you tell the software to re-arrange the models( it takes like 10 minutes to compact the parts into a smaller section for printing). The retraction setting are excessive, orientation of models in the slicer are backwards, and the slicer doesn't handle the super long build volume well. The second and really only reason I'm writing this review is the hardware. I did one print the day I got the printer and it turned out wonderfully. The next day I had to spend about 30 minutes re-leveling the machine to get it to print on the bed ( only for the printing material to go bad). Then not 5 days later I notice the Z axis ( the belt) barely spins when jogging. So a bit of disassembly later and the set screw that locks the drive pulley to the roller had backed of to the point the pulley was spinning on the shaft not moving the belt AT ALL. TLDR: This should not be your first 3d printer. Be ready to tinker and fix issues right out the box including in the provided software

Well worth the money
Bought this to make replacement door sills for my antique car. Was a bit of a pain to set up but had prints going after about 4 hours. Definitely not for a beginner. Documentation is sparce. Well worth the cost because commercial house wanted $900 to print a single sill plate and would not guarantee the quality of the final print. This printer gave me an excellent print for that purpose within the 1st week that I owned it, but it is not ideal for any print where you want the print bed facing side to look good. The nature of the belt makes that surface irregular in finish which can be cleaned up with post processing.

Tricky to learn but great once you do
Initially it's tricky to get this to work properly...to level it, to make it adhere properly etc...but once you do it's great. Make sure to install the custom firmware (google it) where it includes the looping GCODE support and then run the leveling loop GCODE, that made a lot of different for initial leveling. Also make sure to use IdeaMaker with the NAK3D profile which prints a brim line to promote initial adhesion.

Worth it?
This was supposed to be an amazing machine. Several reviews praised this model. Several YouTube reviewers claimed it was capable of consistent quality prints. After reviewing dozens of troubleshooting blogs and videos this machine would not perform as advertised no matter what adjustments I made. Creality is an amazing company but I was very disappointed with the 3d Printmill. I could not recommend this product to the aspiring 3d print hobbiest. Perhaps there was something wrong with my machine from manufacturing that slipped through the quality control team. I hope that is all it was. I understand mass production can miss something here and there. For anyone that has a 3d printmill working great I am thrilled for you. My experience with this machine was a nightmare.
