I LOVE this redlight panel, definitely the best on the market. I am pregnant and have struggled a bit with hormonal acne and after using this for a few weeks daily it cleared right up. I also use it every night and I do think it helps with the quality /ease of getting to sleep. I also use it on my belly to help avoid any stretch marks while I do my yoga. I also recently got a cold and noticed I got almost immediate pain relief and congestion relief in my nose after sitting in front of it for about 10 min. This was so easy to set up and is very easy to use and definitely heavy weight sturdy build.

I have a large, full body panel from another company that I use at home almost daily. Had to travel to take care of an ill family member and needed an affordable red light option when away from home. Am totally impressed with the quality and effectiveness of this small panel and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a small, affordable yet effective panel for travel or even at home. Would give it more stars if I could and I am not easily impressed.

I love this red light! I wanted a good quality red light that didn't cost a fortune. After lots of research I settled on the Hooga brand and I am very pleased. I have used it for muscle pain relief and skin health. It's easy to use, works well, and I can tell a difference in just a few minutes of use.

Small, but powerful. Heavy. Can use with NIR or just with red light. I suggest getting the hanging kit, just for ease of use. Puts out some strong light! But remember, educate yourself on use before buying.

This was just delivered and I couldn’t get it opened fast enough. As I’m using this in hopes of reducing the inflammation in my thyroid to help get my labs down in the right range and praying I don’t have to move forward with surgery. The setup is very easy. Using it is pretty self explanatory but does come with a booklet to give you the step by step. The panel itself is heavy duty and very well made. Doesn’t feel nor look cheap. It looks very well made durable and sturdy. I’ve used it so far on my face and my thyroid and it is very relaxing! Cannot wait to see what this does for me over the next 3 months before I go back to the doctor.

Great product for the price, It seems the light does have a bit of flicker but the end result is good. I even purchased nitric oxide test strips and tested before and after verifying that the light does have an effect on your health...

Not usually the one too eager to spend time writing reviews, but this one is definitely worth it! Bought this lamp because I was feeling lousy and ill with painful sciatica, that means I was like totally desperate. After only a couple of procedures 5 to 10 minutes with the lamp, I was feeling better and and energized like I haven’t felt in a very long time. So far, I have been recommending it to anybody who would listen- all my friends and clients that I work with, and of course people are listening because some of them heard me when I was in my worst with the sciatica and they believe my word when I tell them I’m feeling so much better. Definitely recommend this product. I haven’t tried any other, but this seems to be fitting my needs, as is a small and compact, and it can be carried places, and also I can point it to any part of my body that needs treatment and it works. I do recommend whoever uses it to follow the instructions which are very helpful. Not sure how it works about beautifying but for health recovery I definitely give two thumbs up.

6 days of daily use on my face and body combined with a vibration plate snd I feel better lol I feel like my skin also looks a bit better too will try to update again in a while after more use
