This fondue set is perfect, especially for a couple. Probably a family of four could use adequately, too. They are well made and pretty. The well holding the chocolate or cheese is deep enough. I like the ease of preparation, use, and cleanup. Presentation is nice. We are very pleased with them.

It was a gift to my daughter who loves fondue. She thought it was cute and a great gift idea. I'll get her rating after she trues it. It was securely packaged and arrived in 1 piece.

Received these as a birthday gift. Did cheese in one and chocolate in the other. Cute date night idea. Small tea light candles it came with worked ok, although cheese scorched a bit. Regular-sized tea light candle would be too hot. Recommend blow out the candles when mug is halfway empty. Cleaned ok in the dishwasher.

I saw this (or a similar product) on Instagram and immediately thought it was super neat. My husband bought me the set for Christmas & we just tried it. It keeps fondue perfectly warm with just a simple tea light (it comes with several) and did not burn when we got towards the bottom. I also like that it came in normal packaging, with the picture and description on the front, so you could give it as a gift. Can’t wait to try it with chocolate! Would also work well with any dip you would like to keep hot (ie spinach artichoke dip) or melted butter for seafood. Super fun for kids and great for an at-home date night!

It is a good product, just keep your expectations reasonable. I don’t recommend doing this with fondue cheese, but you would be surprised what you can use this with. I am already extremely satisfied after using this 2-3 times. Melting chocolate works excellent, and queso is more suitable than fondue cheese. Fondue cheese really isnt that good anyway. There are slightly taller candles you can buy (.875) that would make the flame slightly more elevated, which would slightly make it more efficient. Other than that, good product works well as intended

I love these little fondue mugs. I could hear the rattle before I even opened the box. One of the mugs handle was completely broken off. The outer shipping box and the outer box were in good shape. The mugs were packed in styrofoam. I explored the return process which became more of a hassle than it was worth. As you can see in the picture I tried to repair it. It doesn’t look very and certainly not gift-able. I understand accidents happen. I just wish the return policy was more user friendly. I don’t have a printer to print the free return label. I’m not near a UPS return facility. I’m sure these could have been a fun gift.

Grandkids had great fun with these at Christmas. Theu enjoyed controlling their individual pots. Teh individual also allowed having different melts - chocolate, white chocolate and cheese for individual taste.

Awesome product. Have used it for individual chocolate fondue for two and once on my own for a small cheese fondue (from leftovers of a large pot). They work fantastically. The tealights do leave a bit to be desired, but I bought some extras that should work a bit better moving forward. I know these are dishwasher safe, but I've washed them by hand successfully. The bottom/inside doesn't get dirty during normal use so it's not a big deal that it's a bit hard to clean. The heat works well to maintain the temp but might take a while to melt chocolate or cheese. Little forks work great, no issues. Makes for an easy dessert (add some good quality chocolate chips or broken up baking chocolate bar, maybe some coconut flakes or Chunky peanut butter for extra flavor; add a splash of milk/half & half/heavy cream and toss in the microwave for 30 second intervals until melted, stirring between each one.) Definitely recommend and even gave as a white elephant gift for the holidays!
