I only take it when I feel a cold or something coming on, not every day, but when I take it, it seems to knock it out pretty quickly which is great. I feel the price is quite high, but if you only take them when you feel like you're getting sick, it'll last longer and is well worth it

Since I lack iron I have been talking iron supplements and for your body to absorb iron into your body you need Vitamin C since it’s crucial for your health. Since Im anemic, it’s hard for me to breath when I run, so for me it’s important. It’s packed with vitamin C and other immune booster.
