Dieser Abziehstein ist eine gute Ergänzung fürs kleine Lansky-Set mit drei Abziehsteinen. Mit Ihm gelingt der Neuaufbau einer Schneide oder die Änderung des Schnittwinkels deutlich schneller als mit dem normal groben roten Stein. Den gelben extra fein braucht man in aller Regel hingegen nie (besser Abziehleder und Polierpaste). Wenn also ein Zusatz Abziehstein für das kleine Set angeschafft werden soll, dann ist dieser vermutlich am sinnvollsten.

I've had the Lanskey sharpening kit for over 30 years. I added this coarse stone to more quickly grind the proper angle on a Knife I've never sharpened with the Lanskey before. It cut the angle in record time. I've done 2 kithchen knives so far and it has worked great.
