What are the advantages and disadvantages of the globallink compared to the gx lte ?

GlobalLink 520 is a basic unit that connects to two Victron VE.Direct devices and provides a 15 min update to the VRM cloud. It comes with the data plan and the GX LTE requires a separate data plan. The GlobalLink is super useful for basic or mobile installations where some critical data is needed and you dont need to tunnel into the system.

How much is the sims card after 2 years ?

Data plan on sim lasts 5 years. Contact a Victron dealer to find out how to extend plan.

Does it work in Greece?

In Chile don't work, because Chile don't have network LTE-M. This is the type of communication system for this product. I buy the other kit with Cerbo GX more GX LTE 4G modem all brand Victron and work perfectly. You need know the region of communication for buy the version for you ISP. In Victron support web page you can find the manual with explanation of this.
