Great product! I took a chance and ordered it for my 10X12 Hampton Bay Massillon Gazebo (originally purchased at Home Depot) and it was a perfect fit! Unfortunately, I don't have my original model number but decided to try it when I realized that mine looked exactly like another reviewer's photo. I have not tied down the netting on the top though. I didn't realize this needed to be tied down before attaching the rest of the canopy down, so I will have to go back and adjust that. But it is absolutely a perfect fit for the Home Depot version of this canopy. Thanks!

Fits perfectly, good quality!

Kind of a pain to install, but seems to be of good quality. Last one lasted 2 years.

After a few months. It's faded to be expected. But 1 side hold water and everytime it rains. I have to use a broom to get the water off the buldge.. making the rest of it rip.

I was a little worried that it might not fit but it was perfect fit like a glove would definitely recommend this product if your looking to replace and old one fast delivery and seems like I should be able to get many years of use with it I take it off in the winter time seeing as I live in Buffalo New York. I’d like to add to my review of this product it is way better than I thought it’s much better than the original one and it fits so much better it a little bigger than the one that came with the original set it’s not quite as a tight fit so the corners aren’t as tight and will not rip like the original one did and I believe it will last longer but time will tell but so far it is holding up really good so I’m happy with it and hopefully I will be able to get many seasons out of it so don’t hesitate in buying this product 9/3/23
