I have been buying this brand, this or Researched Nutritionals, for several years now. the product is consistent in ingredients, and also price. There are no glutens, sugars/sweeteners, soy, or yeast by-products in it, which is important for my diet, especially as I take one a day, maintenance, to combat the biofilm form of Lyme disease bacteria, Borrelia Burgdorferii. I should say, though, the price is not always the best on Amazon - it has proved necessary to shop around, depending on who's selling this product on a given week/month.

I use this as a preventative agent to avoid the accumulation of clots. It is an enzyme that has a very long history of effectiveness in China and Japan.

The product is probably okay, but there are other effective Lumbrokinase products available for much less.
