Looks silly. Works as described. Might want a grind guard, too.
I also have a grind guard, FYI. Without it, I would worry about biting my tongue in my sleep. But with a grind guard and this thing, I’m sleeping way better and snoring way less. So I need a CPAP machine? Idk. Maybe. But I’m waking up feeling more rested with this little thing, and even my dad commented on my lighter snoring when we were at a work conference this week and sharing a hotel room. My wife also isn’t complaining about having trouble falling back asleep if she wakes up in the middle of the night. Shed pups sleep through my snoring but if I am asleep first she would sometimes sleep in the guest room. Now it’s fine! I wake up with the device still holding my ro tongue in place. Sometimes I create a bit glorious much suction and my tongue tip is a little sore in the morning like I burnt it on something, but that’s user error I believe. I clean it with efferdent daily with my grind guard. It’s stayed clean and not gross that way.

Does not work!
This item did not work, maintains suction on the tip of my tongue until I fell asleep at which point my tongue popped right out, causing me to wake up, it was a nightmare. Kept me up all night, does not do what it says it’s supposed to do.

Updated - Very detailed review for prospective consumers
Update - I contacted customer service because of the issue of the product rubbing against my gum and being uncomfortable. They offered to send me a brand new one that is smaller in size. Their customer service is prompt, professional and top-notch. It shows that they genuinely care about their products and their customers' experience. Please give them a try! A Mixed Bag: Effective Yet Uncomfortable I've been on a quest for a solution to my snoring issues for quite some time, and after reading numerous reviews, I decided to try the Oral Anti Snoring Mouthpiece Device from Good Morning Solutions. Here’s a detailed account of my experience with it. Packaging and First Impressions: The device arrived in a neat, well-designed package with clear instructions. The mouthpiece itself appeared to be of high quality, made from soft, flexible material, which gave me initial confidence in its comfort and effectiveness. Fit and Comfort: The first night, I followed the instructions for fitting the device. It was relatively easy to position it in my mouth, and it did stay in place throughout the night, which is a significant plus. The design effectively holds the tongue forward, which did noticeably reduce my snoring. However, there are some critical comfort issues to address. The part of the device that fits between the teeth and the inner mouth tends to rub against the gums. This constant friction caused irritation and soreness, which persisted throughout the day. Despite being designed to be soft, this rubbing sensation was quite uncomfortable. Post-Use Discomfort: After using the mouthpiece, I experienced a tingling sensation on my tongue, which lingered for several days. This was not only annoying but also concerning as it seemed to indicate some level of nerve irritation. The discomfort on the tongue made it difficult to eat and speak normally the following day. Effectiveness: On the positive side, the device does an excellent job of keeping the tongue in place. I was pleased to find that it retained my tongue securely for hours without dislodging. This is crucial for the device’s effectiveness in reducing snoring, and in this respect, it performed admirably. My partner reported significantly quieter nights, which is the primary reason I sought out this device. Conclusion: In conclusion, the Oral Anti Snoring Mouthpiece Device from Good Morning Solutions has its pros and cons. While it effectively reduces snoring by retaining the tongue in place, it also causes considerable discomfort due to gum irritation and prolonged tongue tingling. Pros: Easy to fit and stays in place throughout the night Effectively reduces snoring High-quality materials Cons: Causes gum irritation due to constant rubbing Tongue tingling and discomfort lasts for days If you’re someone who can tolerate a bit of discomfort for a quieter night, this might be worth a try. However, if you have sensitive gums or are prone to oral discomfort, you might want to look for a different solution. For me, the trade-off between reduced snoring and the ensuing discomfort makes it a mixed experience, especially for its price.

The most important thing to know is that it actually stops snoring.
I initially started with the larger mouthpiece, and while it did stop my snoring, it was uncomfortable and rubbed against my gums. Despite that, I didn’t want to give up on the product because it was clearly effective. I reached out to customer service, and they were incredibly helpful. They gladly sent me the smaller mouthpiece free of charge. I've been using the smaller size for a few nights now, and it has made a big difference. It is much more comfortable, still stops my snoring, and doesn’t cause any irritation. I’ve tried other products in the past that also helped with snoring, but they caused jaw pain or led to shifting in my teeth over time. This time, I was really looking for something gentler, and I think I’ve finally found it. This mouthpiece is comfortable, doesn’t hurt my jaw, doesn’t shift my teeth, and most importantly, it works. I'm very happy with it and highly recommend it!

Not worth it
1st - too expensive for what you get. Outrageous. But I was willing to try anything once. 2nd - even with the 1st night this was so uncomfortable. Your tongue is pulled so far forward that your bottom teeth press against the bottom of your tongue so much that it feels like your teeth are cutting through your tongue. 3rd - the suction on your tongue is lost within a matter of 30mins. You have to keep getting up and drying off the mouthpiece in order to try to get suction again. You can not sleep through the night like this. After just one night of wearing the mouthpiece as is told in the instructions, my tongue was so sore the next day that it hurt to eat anything. Dont waste your time or money on this item.

Works well but too expensive for quality
This works well if you snore because of your tongue. One way to check that is to try making a snoring sound then sticking out your tongue and biting on it to hold it and check if the snoring sound stops. Unfortunately nothing else on the market works for me, so I’m stuck reordering this despite the below issues. First, this is way too expensive, i paid close to $90 for it, and it doesn’t even come with a case! I had to order a separate case for it. It also doesn’t say things like BPA free so it might not be, ie you might be sucking on chemicals all night. Additionally, after a few uses, it started hurting my gums. Finally, it looks disgusting. I wish it was NOT transparent.

It really works!!
I’ve had this now for 3 months, and it’s worked very well! My husband was waking me up a couple of times a night because of my snoring. But it wasn’t until I shared a room with my sister for one night and she told me to get checked for sleep apnea that I decided to try something to fix this. I had tried a band wrapped around my head to keep my jaw closed, but I didn’t like it at all. I have been using an angled pillow for years, and unfortunately isn't enough anymore. I knew it was my tongue relaxing too much that was the problem. How to fix that?? Bought this to try out. I already wear a retainer on my bottom teeth and a mouth guard on top, so I wasn’t sure how I would sleep with another thing in my mouth. Turns out, I sleep just fine! That first night, my husband said he didn’t hear any snoring, and he hasn’t complained about my snoring since I started using this! After reading other reviews complaining about this rubbing against the gums, I’m wondering if my mouth guard is helping to prevent that from happening. It did take a little while for me to figure out the right suction — there were a couple of mornings when I woke up with a numb tongue — but it’s really worked out better than I could have imagined. If all you need is something to hold your tongue forward a bit, this works. I am a heavy sleeper, which also probably helps. But it’s so nice to not be nudged awake in the middle of the night anymore with requests to stop snoring. And my husband is getting better sleep, too!

Absolutely useless.
Completely useless. I used it one night and whenever I woke up either it was half out of my mouth or my tongue was free. Also, the listing shows a made in USA photo, it’s made in Canada, and for almost $80 it doesn’t even include a storage case.
