I've now used this to carry a passport and other wallet stuff for two foreign trips. After the first trip I found that the fabric was a bit stiff, so tossed it in the washing machine prior to the second trip. This seems to have softened it somewhat. Also, I did not like the supplied neck strap, so substituted in its place a wider ribbon-like strap taken from an over the neck name tag. With the ribbon strap there is no adjustment possible so the correct length has to be determined before stitching it in place.After the washing and changing the neck strap I'm satisfied.

I bought this for a convention and it worked out beautifully as a small crossbody that held my ID, money, business cards, and chapstick. Three zipper pouches and a velcro ID with clear window. Padded breathable mesh backing was very ice as it was hot in Orlando. It would be cool if there was a wider sliding adjustable pad for the neck area as the thinner strap digs a little. It would also be cool to have a snapping, elastic, or velcro loop on the side for sunglasses. It does come with a second strap which I used to lengthen when using it as a crossbody. Very happy with my purchase!!

When I initially bought this product, I was disappointed. The top zipper pulled right off after 5 days use and the strap holder detached 2 days later. The company, after seeing my review and others with similar problems, revamped the item and sent those of us who had had problems the new version. It is much improved and ideal for what I needed. We’re the purse about 3/4” taller, it would have allowed me to zip over my iPhone plus in its case with ease. Nevertheless, it is still a helpful travel accessory. More manufacturers could take a lesson from this one.

I put my condominium access card inside the wallet and scan it near the scan machine outside my condo. The door cannot scan the access card so I think the RFID part is working. It can feel quite hot to wear this in a humid country but that is the price to pay for peace of mind. The only downside is you have 3 pockets only. One pocket is enough to fit maximum of 2 passports and one iPhone only.The other 2 smaller pockets can fit up to 5 ID size cards and you will need to fold your cash to fit into the lower pocket on the front side of the wallets. I give it 3 stars because of the RFID part, adjustable neck strap, and pocket belt strap. I wish there is another big pocket so I can put 4 stars instead.

I love the wallet's functionality but unfortunately the quality is very low. The top zipper broke after a few days of use.UPDATE: Exceptional Customer Service! I have been contacted immediately after I submitted the fisrt review and they had already sent a replacement. This is outstanding service! I have thus updated my review rating to 4 stars, based solely on their commitment to quality in thsi product. I will update it further once I receive the product, in a few days.

It held my money, cards, and passport just fine in the zippered pockets but the thick belt strap started un-threading and coming apart and eventually broke off while I was traveling. Luckily, I noticed it happen when it did or I'd have lost my passport. I would normally not recommend this product but I contacted the seller and they gave me a refund for the product and were very concerned about my situation and did everything they could to help me fix the issue.

I recently purchased this for a trip overseas. It is roomy enough to carry passport, cellphone, ID, and currency without problems. The neck wallet is sturdy and stylish and my traveling companion asked me where I purchased it so that she could get one. My only complaint is that the string on the drawstring strap snapped and broke the first time I used it. Luckily, the more sturdy strap worked without incident.

Held my passport, other ID, credit cards, cell phone, money and change. Cord is sturdier than on many other travel wallets. Has a very long cord so I was able to wear it as a cross body wallet over my top and under my jacket and felt secure traveling while in a foreign country. When not required to show my ID, I turned the clear plastic side against my body so my ID wouldn't show.
