Product descriptions says new but refurbished was sent
Just unboxed this and first thing I saw was the card indicating it was a refurbished unit. It had some protective film put on it but underneath it was very dusty. the earpiece was dirty and dusty, from someone else's ear smegma. Boxed it right back up and scheduled a return. Nasty!

Works great for awhile then sound quality while using on TEAMs calls is poor…..very crackly.

Do not buy this, it has terrible feed back in the ear piece. I called HP to help fix the problem, but have gotten no where.

Check the part numbers and you won't go wrong.
I spent forever tracking down the correct part number on the Poly site to make sure "I get what I ordered" from Amazon. Now... mind you, this came from a third-party seller on Amazon, and it was what I wanted, which was, the Voyager 5200 Office, Two-way Base, Microsoft Teams, USB-A. So in that respect, I'm super happy. The only disappointment was finding the Bluetooth USB-A adapter missing from the box. Hence the four star review. I called Amazon, and they gave me the 5-star treatment they always do. It wasn't even their fault, but they made it right for me. So... as always, thank you Amazon! To the seller... try to be more like Amazon, eh? The product works like a champ, Teams compatible, and with the 2-way connection it even connected to my "Teams phone", also from Poly (it just plugs into the "headset jack" on the office phone). I've never been anything but happy with Poly stuff, and this did not disappoint.

Terrible echoing on both sets ordered at two different times.
Same issue as the other reviewer noted. My company has used the previous generation models (from Plantronics) and this new form factor was long awaited. We ordered two of these units at two different times due to COVID supply chain issues. They both suffered from terrible echoing. Tried all the troubleshooting methods as recommended by Poly and did not resolve. We wanted to love this headset but Poly obviously has a quality control problem with this model at this time.

Do Not Buy
the sound is terrible. The echo and background noise drives me crazy. old headset lasted me 4 years, didn't even make it 2 days with the new headset.
